The Newbold village Scarecrow festival was a huge success for everyone who took part. The Friends of Newbold School organised a trail of scarecrows and provided a delicious hot supper fit for a king never mind scarecrows!
The village’s community singers, ROOTS provided a superb evening of entertainment singing collectively and as individuals with many donning appropriate costume since it was also Halloween.
