We are unable to make refunds after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or where there is a material change to the event.
If the event has to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will offer a full refund or transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date if preferred.
If the event has a limit on numbers we will offer your ticket to our waiting list if applicable and give a full refund.
Our events take place on a working farm. Every effort is made to minimise risk, but you are responsible for your own safety.
