Come All Ye Folk Fanatics – It’s That Time Of The Month!

It’s the last Wednesday of the month so St Joseph’s Tea Room, Abbey Grange Oaks Road, Whitwick, LE67 5UP once again plays host to an eclectic round of music, song, storytelling and poetry.
All styles and abilities welcome. In fact you can simply sit back and enjoy the entertainment if you prefer!
Start time 2pm- 4.30pm with a cuppa at half time. (£1 each for the tea/coffee is the only charge).
Many of the regulars meet up for lunch before hand which is great for socializing and the food is superb and very reasonable. You can also take the opportunity to stock up on free range eggs and crafts.
If you’ve more time and energy, a leisurely walk begins from the tea-rooms at 11.00 am timed to arrive back for lunch at 1.00 pm with the sing-around following after.
This month we’re getting in touch with our spiritual side by visiting Grace Dieu ruins and then hopefully contacting a few nature spirits in Thringstone woods!
No need to book, just turn up, but if you would like more details contact Lyn.
